I had the pleasure to stay in this hostel for 1 night and i was surprised (to say the least) by the kindness and cordiality of the hosts. At my arrival, they helped me make the stairs with my heavy luggage, they then offered me tea and bread with butter and jam since i told them i hadn’t eaten dinner yet (and also offered me coffee and biscuits the next morning). We also talked a little about this and that on the balcony and this made it seem like the hostel was even cosier. They kindly made me leave my big luggage there for a few days while exploring the rest of Srilanka, but the best part was when i arrived to take my luggage back, but it was quite earlier than expected (4.30am instead of 7am) so they not only let me in but offered me a private room for me to rest a few hours before going to the airport!! They then called me a tuk tuk to reach the bus stand. And last but not least they asked for nothing, besides the regular bunk bed price for 1 night. Of course i had to give them something for all the effort they did for me. Very nice and clean hostel and rooms, super nice people, central position (near the railway station), prices are low. Thank you for everything!

He made me a special celebration for my birthday and also took time to help me rearrange my travel plans so I could experience Sri Lankan in the best way. His hotel is a gem!
