The locations was off a busy roadway, so you had easy access without the noise pollution.
There is a nice little cafe below that serves quite an extensive western menu and a mini retail area where you can purchase locally made souvenirs and tea.

Great place - it really is the whole villa so very spacious. There is a lovely private swimming pool with deck chairs. Yasith and Soma were there to meet us on arrival and came every morning to cook breakfast and clean. One night Yasith organized an amazing BBQ - a nice change from going out to restaurants. There are 2 separate beaches only a few minutes' walk from the villa.

By walking it's doable, too. You just arrived to Sri Lanka? - Felix the manager and owner will provide you with any necessary info in perfect english.
No need to say, that everything is perfectly clean and modern. The view vom the rooftop to the skyline of Colombo is awesome.

The manager was very helfpul and funny. Te views are just great so You can enjoy the unique Lotus Tower having a drink in a cool space.
Everything feels brand new. Easy to go by walk to many Places.
