Lovely guesthouse. The room was new, comfortable, and fresh - made for a good night's sleep with a comfy bed. Homemade breakfast was lovely, and both the hostess and her assistant were really attentive. There's also a shared kitchen and living area for guests, though we didn't use the kitchen ourselves.

The property is about 35-40mins from Colombo airport nestled in a posh residential colony with country embassies right next to the Royal Colombo golf course. We just stayed for a night and we had a good breakfast choice… it wasn’t much but was okay as there is no buffet and they prepare set breakfasts. Otherwise the room and amenities were nice. You will need a taxi or tuk tuk to go anywhere, you can’t go walking…

We really enjoyed staying at Olu Colombo Villa, where we felt very welcome both by the humans and the dogs :D Devumi and Chamika are two very kind souls, who really took the time to help us! The room was spacious and clean, and we had access to a private bathroom through a little corridor. Both fan and AC were working well. There is a big common area, with a living room and a big garden, where we would have gladly spent more time if we had not been too busy visiting Colombo!

The apartment was so great, big, lot of spaces everywhere! The Host was so friendly and even cameby super early in the night ( around 2AM ) to pick up the key ! The pool on the roof is just so nice, you can enjoy Colombo at night.

Sri Lanka
We had a one night stay and Satheesh was an incredible and an extremely helpful host. The whole ambience along with the antique style architecture added up to the experience! We booked a pool and garden view room and I must say the morning was absolutely beautiful despite the villa being located in the middle of the Colombo city. The villa has a homely vibe to it and lucky for us, my partner and I were the only guests! Will definitely come for another wonderful stay at this hidden gem.
