We really loved our stay at Mode apartments. Jeffrey and his wife were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The flat is new and sparkling clean. The bed is extremely comfortable (it’s literally one huuuuuuuge and thick mattress). We haven’t slept so nicely in forever. The view from the balcony is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. It is very easy to get to the flat with public transportation. The flat is 3 min walking from the beach with various restaurants. Definitely recommend!

House Interior surroundings and room was quite nice and clean. Bathroom was a bit small but ok. We had to request for toilet paper, other than that shampoo, conditioner and towels were kept for us. House owners were hospitable. We felt a bit congested because of the tight spacing in the house. Otherwise the house looked pleasant.

1) The place was clean and tidy!

3) The kitchen was fully equipped with essentials like a microwave, a large fridge (with no strange odors), and an electric stove—amenities you usually don’t find in hotels!
4) Each room had its own private bathroom! (The only downside was the lack of a water heater in the shower, but the owner mentioned they're installing it soon!)
5) The air conditioning was excellent!
6) The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious!

Excellent location, beautiful views IF you get a nice room. Taxi service to and from the hotel and airport is EXCELLENT. Beautiful cars and cheap rates. There is a nice shopping mall attached to the hotel. Beautiful and large top floor infinity pool.

This is such a unique and special experience. Any Bawa fans should take the opportunity to stay at this residence while in Colombo. The breakfast provided is generous and delicious. The locations was off a busy roadway, so you had easy access without the noise pollution.
There is a nice little cafe below that serves quite an extensive western menu and a mini retail area where you can purchase locally made souvenirs and tea.
