Our stay exceeded our expectations. Traum villa is a unique place, created with love, care and a great sense of aesthetics. the rooms are very large, equipped with nice furniture and a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The large terrace opened directly onto the swimming pool, which was carefully cleaned every day and where you could swim. The facility has a place for exercises, e.g. yoga and Ayurvedic massages. The exceptional host Monika took care of our well-being. As there were no other guests at that time, we could freely use the large, well-equipped kitchen and prepare our own meals, just the way we like it best. It is a place absolutely worth recommending to people looking for peace, respite and connoisseurs of good style. It was one of our best stays in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend it, and we will be happy to come back.

Very nice, clean and comfortable private guest house within a tropical garden and with a large swimming pool. The guest house has just 3 rooms and each has it’s own terrace with chairs and sun loungers. The guest house is very calm, no traffic noice, just birds and squirrels :-) Very good and rich breakfast. The hotel manager is extremely helpful and provides a lot of information. He speaks very well English. He rented us his scooter for low money, so that we could drive to the beach and town within a few minutes. The beaches are beautiful and clean, with some restaurants and bars. There a many nice restaurants directly at the train station close to the beach Picknick area. You have to cross the tracks to enter the restaurants.

With garden views, Good Karma Villa is located in Bentota and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a children's playground.

The place is located some 5 minute away from the village/Road. Very quiet and amazing at evening and night. Unobstracted view on green Meadows and trees. Full of wildlife. We saw flying foxes, bats, monkeys, frogs and variety of birds. The swimming pool was perfect. We had the place to ourselves only. The room was spacious for a family of 5. The breakfasts were different each Day (We chose local meals) and tasty. The owner is friendly, helpful and Speaks good English. We enjoyed the stay.

I liked the location which, for birding was excellent. It was also a little way from the main tourist centres but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The accommodation itself was excellent with a lovely pool, nice little kitchen and a friendly cat! The caretaker host, Krishna, was impeccable, friendly and efficient. The bed was comfy and the ac sufficient.

Spacious rooms with excellent food followed by the exceptional service from the staff. every room in the facility had surprising exclusive luxury interiors offering lake view. What a cozy little place amidst the cinnamon plantation....... it was a green oasis...... I loved everything about this little cabin.... perfect place for a holiday for solo, couple or small family/group. Amazing views in the dawn and dusk from the garden and the balcony in the upstairs.... must mention about the caretakers too.... Bandara and his wife Suda Akka will take great care of all your needs during your whole stay ..... great village food too... highly recommended 👍 it was nice to hear about future expansion plans too..... keep improving better.... wish all the best!!
