Very nice house surrounded by the forest in Bellwood area. The room and bathroom are very nice and clean, and there is a whole area for the guests, including huge living room and dining area and kitchen if you wish to cook. We didn't use the kitchen but had the meals prepared by the hosts instead. It was delicious food, big variety of vegetables and really good spice tea. The family who owns the place is very friendly and caring. There is lot to see in the area, nice walks in Bellwood from the house and Hanthana mountain only 20 min away on tuk tuk. .

Even walking in the garden is an experience and everything there is really well thought through and well planned and maintained. There's a great path to hike the top of the mountain and it's a really epic journey. Room was really great, everything looked new and the atmosphere there was super. Breakfast was lush and delicious. Staff were engaging and really made the stay there very positive. Super helpful and catered to your needs. Overall, if you like piece, quiet and stunning mountain views with a chance to hike in the mountains, Villa Vajrapani is the best for it.

The proprietors were the most gracious and welcoming hosts in my 30 days of travel in Sri Lanka. They were extremely kind and included nice personal touches, such as tea. The rooms were lovely. I highly recommend eating a meal there. It is a bit more expensive than average, but the food is so tasty and you won't walk away hungry. The conversations with the hosts at mealtime were top notch.
