in the middle of the forest, pure nature, there are animals like frogs, monkeys, cows and birds. NAtural hut with no AC, just fans and roof ventilation. Very unique style. Breakfast and hospitality was great

Unveliavable, the best hotel we stayed in Sri Lanka so far. We had a really good experience in one of the cabins they have. The view, bathroom and TV room were amazing!!
We didn't use but the have 2 swimming pool's too.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place really deserves one. Kumara is such a good host, he offered to pick me up from the main road in Dambulla (the guest house is 2.5 km from there, in a very secluded, beautiful garden), welcomed me with fresh fruit and water and helped me out every day with buses and organizing/booking activities. Breakfast was delicious. The guest house is very close to the Dambulla cave temple, and Dambulla is very convenient to move around to visit Sigiriya, Anuradhapura, Polannaruwa as all buses from and to Colombo pass through Dambulla.

Blue Mountains View is THE place to stay when in Dambulla! If you are a fan of nature, plants and the variety of animals: you are in the right place. Pradeep is one of the best hosts we ever met - he is friendly, has all the answers and even booked a whole trip from the Caves to the Pidurangala rock and Safari for us. Breakfast and Dinner are cooked by his mother and are typical Sri Lankan food - all vegetarian. We really enjoyed staying in this place and getting to know the Sri Lankan culture and farm/village life. Thanks very much Pradeep for such a lovely time! :)
