The villa is located almost 1-hour drive from Kandy and about 1-hour from Royal Botanic Garden (strongly recommend to visit), you can reach there by Tuk Tuk, watching unbelievable views of mountains when riding at mount serpentines. There is local waterfall nearby you can visit and swim, water is quite warm and there are no tourists. We have enjoined staying at this villa.

This was my second stay, first was back in 2019. It's good to see Shantha, the owner, hasn't lost his touch of hospitality. He and his wife are very accommodating and ready to help in any way. Food was so delicious, especially the Polos Curry. Highly recommended.

If you want epic views from every room in the hotel with an infinity pool overlooking the valley and the mountains - this is the place to be. Even walking in the garden is an experience and everything there is really well thought through and well planned and maintained. There's a great path to hike the top of the mountain and it's a really epic journey. Room was really great, everything looked new and the atmosphere there was super. Breakfast was lush and delicious. Staff were engaging and really made the stay there very positive. Super helpful and catered to your needs. Overall, if you like piece, quiet and stunning mountain views with a chance to hike in the mountains, Villa Vajrapani is the best for it.
