Wonderful service. The staff were absolutely great and were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaffna. The villa had some nice paintings (hand drawn) that had the culture being brought out which was a very nice touch to the rooms.

We spent 3 nights at the Hertiage Hotel and had the best time. The facilities are outstanding, the staff is super nice. Breakfast is superb. Having access to a pool in the heat of Jaffna is priceless. Great vegetarian food options around the corner. Rios Ice Cream is loved by locals and you should try it as well.

Staff were really nice and helpful. During our stay my mom got an injury and the support provided by the staff were really good. Krishna at the Amutham restaurant were really helpful. I don’t remember the names of the others who helped, but big thanks to everyone.
