Very nice location, close to the central bus/train stations as well being outside the hustle and bustle of the very centre. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, helping to store our luggage as well. The bed was very comfortable and good AC which helped in the Colombo heat.

Great place - it really is the whole villa so very spacious. There is a lovely private swimming pool with deck chairs. Yasith and Soma were there to meet us on arrival and came every morning to cook breakfast and clean. One night Yasith organized an amazing BBQ - a nice change from going out to restaurants. There are 2 separate beaches only a few minutes' walk from the villa.

One of the best night’s sleep we’ve had in Sri Lanka! Quiet, comfortable and convenient for Visa Extension, I’d recommend if you need to be close to the immigration office as it is a short walk. There are a couple of restaurants close by or it is easy to order Uber.
