Our stay at this accommodation in Sri Lanka was one of the best we’ve had during our trip. What truly impressed us was how well the property caters to the needs of European travelers, something that isn’t always common in the country. Everything—from the shower to the bed, pillows, and toiletries—met the highest standards.
The accommodation also featured a spacious living room, which we used for breakfast and for working, making it feel like a true home away from home. We had convenient parking right next to the house, which added to the overall ease and comfort of our stay.

It was a quite new property. Well equipped, clean, neat & tidy. Quite close to public beach, only about 150m. Has parking within the property. Owner & the staff were friendly. I can see a few possible improvements in the booking process.

My stay at this guest house was fantastic! The beach is only a short stroll away, and the serene surroundings filled with the sounds of birds made for an incredibly soothing getaway. The rooms provided everything I needed, were comfortable and well-kept. I also like that they had cycles available so I could go around the region with ease. I had a great yoga lesson on-site, and that really renewed me. All in all, a fantastic location, calm surroundings, and well thought-out amenities made my stay very remarkable. I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a tranquil beach getaway.

Was a last minute book but the owner was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late as our Tuk Tuk journey was delayed along the way but he waited for us to arrive and recommended a good restaurant up the road to eat! Room was clean & our stay was a good one! The owner even offered parking under cover as it was raining!

A lovely quiet tree lined property well placed just a mile from Pasikuda Beach. Very spacious rooms, a good sized pool and a restaurant area serving very big portions from an adequate menu.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We spent an absolutely amazing two days at this villa.
All the furniture is new, comfortable bed, soft pillows, the house and grounds are clean and well-groomed.
The hosts are very responsive, if something was missing, they provided everything.
We recommend this place for a long stay for families and couples in love.

We had a wonderful experience at this rest house. The owner personally picked up our family, ensuring a safe journey to the place located near the beach. The atmosphere is unique, making it one of the best and safest spots for family time. Rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight was the chance to savor delicious traditional food—an unforgettable experience!

- The man at the entrance is always there and helps you. He's somewhat deaf so keep that in mind.
- The price is pretty affordable compared to other properties in the area.
Large, spread-out complex by the lagoon. Good pool. We had a family room that was spacious and clean, although a little dated. Some of the units with lagoon views looked lovely (we were in a building set back from the front). Very friendly, helpful staff.
We enjoyed the pool, dinner, resort environment, sea view, and nearby shopping center. We had a great one-night stay at the resort and it met our expectations. I would recommend it for both families and business travelers.
