We received a very warm welcome along with some fresh juice when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, along with the fact that it got maintenance every day during our stay (while we were out and about).
Our hosts were always reachable and ready to help us with anything we asked. They even helped us rent a scooter at a very reasonable price. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxed!
The location is wonderful and dreamy with nature all around and you come across little delights like the way they present the towels etc.
We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back one day!

We stayed for one night at the beautiful Residents Hotel in Hikkaduwa during our last trip. It was very clean and tidy, with everything you need available in the room. It was furnished like a real 5-star hotel. The room was spacious and harmoniously decorated. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, with great sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The host even stored our luggage for our later departure and allowed us to use his private shower so we could enjoy an extra half day. Additionally, he let us park our tuk-tuk with him so that the tuk-tuk.com company could pick it up, which we really appreciated; not everyone would do that. Best place in Hikkaduwa,rReally recommend and we would like to come back anytime soon. Thanks Chamara

Weleges Place was a great place to stay! Everyone was very welcoming and attentive during our stay, everything was perfect. They even shared a family birthday cake with us which was so lovely! The hotel is in a great location to the beach and town, being just a 5 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle. Whilst there is no pool, the sea is great and other hotels allow you to use their pool for the day if you’d like.
