The Raja Beach Hotel was a really great experience! I stayed there for 12 days and might come back. Not only for the beautiful and relaxing graden also for the most amazing food I had so far in Sri Lanka. (Total travels 2,5 Months) The beach is directly infront of the hotel and really beautiful. Best for morning runs and afternoon swims and you have it almost for yourself. So if you look for a relaxing stay with amazing food on the beach, this is the place to be! If you want to find a quiet place in a beautiful secluded area for a fair price, this is your stay! The room was good, ac also working and the shower functional. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and the area itself is beautifull. A quiet beach is on walking distance and you can watch the sun sink in the ocean from an extra terrace. Breakfast and dinner were nice as well. And as bonus, on arrival we got a tour of the surrounding area, beaches, even a little climbing tour over the rocks! Ask for neighbour Ravi ;) he will tell you everything about different fish, lobsters, oysters en the local life in that area!
