Everything, rooms were super clean, tidy and comfortable. It was very spacious. The view is spectacular, you open the curtain or the door and elephants are batting right outside! Staff were extra friendly and very helpful. There are private balconies/sections for residents to view the bathing elephants without the crowd which was great. Breakfast was good.

The rooms very super nice , the views where amazing . Had a really nice time staying there . Went on 2 tours with Andrew and he was amazing !! He took me to the village and waterfalls , tea factory and a herbal garden the first day and that was very nice , next day we went to the tower and he had no problem driving me there at 5 am , he also took me to a nice local lunch place in Kandy so I had the best time . Would recommend,

The owner was extremely nice. We really got used to meet nice people in Sri Lanka but Azarath managed to surprise us even more. There were five of us friends, and we were aware that there were beds for four people and one couch, which we were okay with. However, Azarath generously offered us a free room with a bed and all the amenities. The place was stunning; the bedrooms were modern, and one of them was partially outdoors. After checking in, I realized that I had accidentally booked two nights instead of one. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel my booking at that point. Nevertheless, we spoke with Azarath over the phone, and he was extremely helpful. He checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was okay. I want to express my gratitude to him once again. Thank you, Azarath! :)

Staff were fantastic, could not have been kinder and more attentive. Great location right next to the elephants. Loved the huts too. Very comfortable and kids loved the pool.

It was a great stay. They upgraded our room to their chalet which was so spacious and comfortable. We could use the other hotel near Peacock for restaurant and pool and it had the best view of elephants in the river. They offered free drive between hotels making it very very easy to use facilities. Mr Andrew was deeply kind and helpful and we're thankful for the service.
