Wow, what a location! The view from up here down to the town and the river is stunning. The yurt was warm and comfortable even on a rainy cold evening. The lamas outside were fun to look at (and quiet), even when wet. I loved the little self-serve 24/7 store out front that provided healthy dinner items since it was a late arrival and the restaurants in town were closed. I liked that there was a small kitchen area with stove top and sink where you can do some real cooking.

The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

Can't rate Hotel BZ Sunnahof highly enough. 1) The wonderful owner Viviane. She had all the time in the world for you, from advising on places to visit to catering to your every need at breakfast. An absolute pleasure to meet. 2) The accommodation. As we arrived in torrential rain, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming building. The place is clean, modern, short of nothing and just feels a lovely space to be in. The room was immaculate with comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and a view you couldn't get enough of. 3) The area. Of all the places we visited on our European tour this Summer, this is the one we didn't want to leave. The mountains, the villages, everything about it was amazing. Prices are generally higher but for the short time we were there, we didn't care, we had to make the most of every minute as 2 days was simply not enough. We very much hope to return.
