Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful peaceful location. It's a little bit out of the town itself but they run a shuttle in and out, and it's walkable if you don't mind a bit of legwork. Well worth the distance for the isolated riverside location, and it's away from the noise and bustle.

The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good (we had pancakes and fried rice). The air-conditioning worked very well and they cleaned the rooms daily.
Bo, the manager, was very helpful throughout our stay. He gave us a free upgrade to the second level, which looked out over the river! He also was able to hire us a scooter for the day at a great cost, and he held onto one of our passports for the day until we returned, rather than the shop doing this, which made the whole process safe and easy.
The accomidation is definitely value for money in a quiet part of town, with a small walk to the main tourist part of Luang Prabang.
