Excellent hotel. Really good value for money. Very comfortable with some Kazakh touches. The bed was very comfortable, shower was good, wifi worked well, room spotlessly clean and modern with some Kazakh touches. Aircon worked well. Restaurant in hotel was good for lunch and hotel is well located near park and other restaurants. Coffee at hotel is great. Breakfast was ok, long wait due to large group but this hotel is very good value for money it didn’t really matter. Room was very quiet - we hd superior double room. Much better staying here than one of the big modern tasteless hotels that costs a lot more.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable clean rooms, and located in a nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Everything we wanted to visit in Shymkent was in walking distance. The owner is very kind and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for a great stay! :)
