I took a bit of a gamble with this one because there hadn't been any prior reviews. Was really pleasantly surprised. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern. I booked last minute because we were stuck at the airport with huge delays and wanted somewhere we could potentially stay the night. Great value for money and woth the flight delays, it was a complete God send. The host was really responsive and messaged straight away and in English too, which was a total blessing for a novice like me. Would really recommend, especially if you're wanting to be close to the airport, which was literally a 10 minute drive. There is a mall opposite which we ordered food delivery from.

This is for people with no need for a spectacle of activities with the wish to be likely alone with silence and are good on their own, willing to explore or can enjoy themselves reading a book of chat with fellow travelers if more bookings are taken. Kind a welcoming host! We had a nice bbq dinner and delicious breakfast together! Bring some basics of your own food to share all together.

Great location near the airport (~10 minutes by car) and excellent value for money. The apartment is on the 10th floor of a new building and has great views south towards Almaty city and the mountains. Communication with the host was very good. The apartment itself is new (as is the building - there were still building materials around when I stayed in June 2024!) and has two single beds in a large air conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with a very fancy shower, and a kitchen/entrance area. The kitchen has a table with two stools, kettle, fridge, and some crockery/utensils. A hand towel and a body towel per person were provided.
