Hotel RUGO, hotel in Jeonju

Located in Jeonju, 3.3 km from Jeonju Hanok Village, Hotel RUGO provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

It was in a side street just behind a main road, so getting a bus is easy. The motel is new, operated by two young men who are cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was hot and water flow was good. There was a coffee machine, a toaster and a minibar in the small pantry where free bread and drinks are provided.

We ended up staying here because we found our Hanok very uncomfortable, much better to stay here and visit the hanok village with public transport. Very big rooms with lots of facilities and a great bath. We liked the Korean style breakfast.

I loved my stay at Gyodong Gaon. It is ideally located, right in the middle of things but still very quiet and peaceful with a park right behind the house. The owner and her lovely family were absolutely wonderful and went above und beyond to make my stay as fantastic as possible. Hugely recommended!

Great location. Nice small garden. Very nice welcome and responsive owner. Stylish exterior Be aware that room is quiet small when travelling with family. Interior is basic and does not reflect the style of exterior. However place is worth price.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay with Mr and Mrs Choi. The location was excellent and we had a truly traditional experience. Mr Choi shared all the best locations,.we were able to wander and feel immersed in the village. We also loved hiring bikes and cycling around Jeonju!

Ga Eun Chae is a great Hanok stay centrally located in the heart of Jeonju Hanok Village. The houses are super authentic with unique design, I love the paper doors & wooden beams, but it’s also practical and even the futons are comfortable. The bathroom is super clean and modern. The owners, family run, are super kind and gave out incredible recommendations for authentic Korean meals in Jeonju. My Hanok had a nice view of a courtyard, overlooking a converted library.

Breakfast was really good, you could have it in your room or in a quiet garden. The room was just as described. Hosts went out of their way to assist me with booking transportation to the train station when leaving as it seemed impossible given that it was a national holiday. Gave me a goodbye present. They were available at all times. The place was on the main street of the village however it was very quiet. Close to everything.

Stayed in a family room with a loft bed and Fulton bed. Room is exceptionally huge with a 52"/55" TV. An added kitchennete area with microwave and water dispenser. Toilet is long and spacious enough to fit 4 persons. Aircon is well maintained and adjustable. Overall, room is very clean and welcoming. Kids enjoyed the stay and wished it was longer. Happily climbed up and down. Hanok owner is very helpful to recommend value for money eateries and places to visit. A simple breakfast prepared by the owner makes your day.

The location is very good, so close to the Hanok Village! Also the place is very cute and family-friendly. Bonus for the bathroom, was better than I expected. The room was small but enough for a solo traveler for one night. Also the common space is very convivial.
