The apartment looked exactly as described. The building itself is old but well maintained. Swimming pools worked. Several stores and restaurants around.

Great location right on the beach. Beach chairs are provided for hotel guests. Onsite restaurant was also pretty good. Room and balcony were massive and comfortable. Ceiling fan and air con both worked as did the TV (albeit was a bit far from the bed). It's also at the top of Frigate Bay Strip so restaurants, bars, live music, beach rentals, are steps away. Taxis are always onsite as well.
