The property was beautiful, great design, great communal areas and capsule set up. Kitchen facilities were excellent, and the pods had outlets and usb ports to charge devices and were quite spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated right next to a bus stop which is very convenient as well! There is also a convince store right around the corner.

Great to have access to a private onsen each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here in Gora as opposed to getting the train up and down from Hakone Yamoto as you have more time for other activities. Food at the inn was great and reasonably priced. Lovely view over the mountains as well.
