The location was perfect. Right next to the gondola, a short 1 minute walk. I skied to the G Square entrance after an awesome day on the slopes. There's a few bar/restaurants right next door. My room overlooked one of the runs. I could see the lifts and gondola from my room. Spacious bedroom with shared bathroom and sink just outside. Onsen downstairs. Dry room to leave my boots and snowboard overnight. Walking distance from the Bus terminal and the shops.

The staff speak good English and were extremely helpful in making bookings. They were also very efficient in checking in, luggage storage and check out. Location can’t be better. It’s connected to the JR station through a covered bridge. Family mart downstairs. Good value for money.

Super affordable - location was amazingly convenient and there was breakfast + lots of amenities (shaver, brush, nightwear etc.) Breakfast had a decent spread and it was tasty enough for the price paid. Toilets were clean and of the typical Japan size. Housekeeping made the bed everyday as well. Staff could speak some English so props to them!

The hotel was literally two steps our of the station. Our room was bigger than most other rooms we've stayed in. The staff was kind and helpful. We only stayed a night and everything was functional, including the public bath. It's very much a "you get what you paid for" kind of hotel. Fairly priced, and facilities to match. It

We stayed a tripple room. It was huge. The furniture is not fixed to the walls or floor so you can move it around as you need it. We moved all the beds together and slept as a family of four (one elementary school kid, we announced the number of guests beforehand and payed for the additional breakfast at check in) very comfortable in the three beds. An additional blanket was in the cupboard and each bedding consisted of two pillows anyhow, so no problem.

Breakfast was great, it is a traditional japanese buffet. Also the staff was really helpful and kind, some of them also spoke english. We really enjoyed the finnish sauna and the onsen. The relax lounge with free coffee and water was something special, as well as the comfy homesuites you get. Something really funny was the waiter roboter which served the food, but you can always call a human waiter. I would reccomend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The room was modern and had all the appliances we needed - but it was too small for a family of three. Would have booked a bigger room if I was aware of this children-stay-free nonsense (not even an extra pillow is provided).
