the property is located just on the beach and the small local train station is across the street. It’s as you turn the corner to be in the beach and if you want to go around you just go on the train. It typical old Japanese style homes build in the 80’s. I like the experience of keeping in a japanese style room. it s summer guesthouse and i loved it.

The room was clean and relatively roomy. The breakfast buffet was excellent featuring several Wakayama specialties. I loved the location away from downtown close to Wakayama Castle, the Wakayama Prefecture Museum, The Wakayama City Museum and the MOMAW. The view of Wakayama Castle was an extra bonus!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It was very pleasant to stay at Surf Imin G-Sun. The room was very organized and clean. There is a charger, a lamp and a little fan for every bed. The quality of the accomodation/price ratio is very great. Takaji, the owner was fun and nice. We enjoyed our stay even if it was rainy. The beach, which is very close, is very fun and beautiful. There was a lot of people surfing there. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not regret it!
The accommodation is located not that far from both the local train station and the convinience store. There is a kitchen you can use or you can cook for your family.
The hotel location was great. Close to the train station and had food option pretty much next door. Great food options too! The included onsen and sauna facility was amazing and clean. While the room was a little small but this is to be expected for typical hotels in Japan. We were comfortable with our toddler.
Surprised that the public library was next door and had a huge children area. Wish we could have time to spend in there too. Such an aesthetically pleasing library!
I got a double room with private bathroom to myself. It was very spacious, and affordable compared to a hotel, especially since you get so much more room. There was also a small kitchen area and a washing machine. The bar/Cafe downstairs offered a small selection of nice food, and all the staff were lovely.
