This is the perfect location for families visiting the Disney theme parks. Free shuttle bus from the hotel. As a family of 5, we were able to be in the same room comfortably. The kids enjoyed the welcome lounge drinks, especially the lolly bar. The laundry facilities were great and also the luggage forwarding services.

Spacious room with a wonderful view. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Staff was friendly. Convenience store on the ground floor and all busses nearby are super useful. We had a good time, thank you!

We did not use their breakfast offer, but it seems like it was in the entrance hall (it was quite loud) and in general it seems to be a family hotel (many kids).

The crib provided was safe and our infant slept very well. The monorail is within walking distance and the hotel has great amenities. The gateway station has excellent eating options on the monorail line, as well as the buffet provided at the hotel for breakfast is fantastic.

The breakfast was good, had a good variety of Japanese style and western style breakfast. Very kid friendly. Location was great for Disney resorts. Family onsen and trampoland walking distance.
Lovely place to stay when visiting the theme parks - you cannot really walk anywhere from here you need to use the Disney resort rail system.

Really lovely large hotel with easy access to the Disney monorail. Loved being able to walk to the monorail in 2 minutes. It was so simple.

Was a great location for our family vacation. Close to train station for easy hop on - hop off travel. Rooms were well apportioned and our family could fit well. The convenience store in the hotel was a great save with kids.
The room was super spacious and the staff were really helpful, especially as English speakers. There is a convenience store on the bottom level that is open 24 hours, a breakfast buffet, and a shuttle bus that has great hours that will take you straight to Disneyland/DisneySea. For attending the parks it was so convenient and would definitely recommend. Extremely kid friendly as well for those who are bringing children
