This is my first time at this beautiful hotel. I love the cozy atmosphere, the design of the lobby, the modern library and the nice cafe overlooking the lake. The hotel is perfectly situated by the beautiful Lake Toya where you can also see Mt.Yotei, if the weather permits. There were also fireworks from 8.45-9PM over the lake during the time we were there. Onsen on the 8th floor and B floor are also excellent. Buffet dinner and breakfast are beyond expectation with a variety of food. My favourite is their french toast. I would highly recommend this hotel and will come back again in the future.

The best service from staff out of all the accomodation we stayed out during our trip! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay, we were taking early/late buses to/from skiing in Rusutsu and they even organised a small breakfast on the go for us! The included breakfasts and dinners were an experience in themselves! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully prepared meals, plus the outside onsen was great. Our room had great views of the lake & were extremely spacious compared to other accomodation we stayed at in Japan. Would definitely recommend!
