A fabulous hotel right next to Kariya train station and the JR Line. Close to the bus station and taxi ranks. There is a huge supermarket over the road a 7/11 shop and a pharmacy under the hotel. Lots of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. We stayed in a superior room which was very modern and cleaned daily but was a little compact which is normal in
Japan! The staff were super courteous and can’t do enough for you even though English is not their first language. The buffet breakfast is lovely with plenty of Japanese food on offer. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Comfortable place where you instantly feel at home. Managed by a Japanese-Swiss couple who have put a lot of love into this renovating and running the place. We particularly loved the open plan kitchen/communal area which blended a family friendly environment with a vibrant, sociable youth hostel vibe. Rooms are comfortable and sound proof (and baby proof). Lots of spaces to choose from to do yoga in the morning, and a there's good selection of books and toys for kids. Definitely book this guesthouse for your stay in Tokoname - it's not to be missed, and you'll probably end up wanting to stay longer!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
