Ajito was easily accessible and had free bikes to borrow for the day which meant we were able to explore Shingu in the best way! Next door to an awesome izakya also makes it extra great!
Our host, Yuichi, was kind enough to let us drop off our bags before check-in which allowed us to explore a bit more without our heavy packs

This property was stunning- the views from the room are all of the water, the onsen was also a real highlight. The interior design was also really gorgeous if you’re into 80s art deco opulence.

The location is beautiful, special. Surrounded by greenery, Japanese style. The room we had was the largest, consisting of a hall, foyer, living room, and bedroom. The bathroom was external but private, with a sink area, two types of toilets (oriental and Japanese style), and a shower (without a window). The bedroom overlooks the inner zen garden, very charming. There is air conditioning.
Hot-spring baths and massages can be enjoyed at Nakanoshima, located a 5-minute ferry ride from Kanko Sanbashi pier. Traditional Kaiseki dinners and rooms with views of Nachi Bay are featured.

The private onsen, the view, the foots baths, the umeshu bar, and supper was great!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Its realy wonderful experience, the room, service and location is soooooo nice! There is cooker, you can cook for yourself, and you can get free water. beer, even local alcohol as well as! The bus station is very close, some restaurants and a familymark around, 香梅堂 is not far, you can get to 2 Shirins by walk. I recommend this hotel so much!!!!! Oh,the host gave local snacks and drink to my daughter as gift when we leave since the weather is really hot
The staff was very polite and friendly (as always in Japan), very clean even if the hotel seems a bit older. We could borrow bikes for free what was really fun to cruise through Shingū.
The owner borrow me their bike and let me check in earlier as well. Even it small. It's super clean and modern. Had a good night sleep here to recharge before heading towards komodo kodo. Kamikura shrine is a must go and the famous ice shave that alot of actor and actress go here. Kid you not.
Everything. The best place where I slept in my trip to Japan. Good location, clean, cute, silent and comfortable place. Amazing room only for me, common space and a wonderful owner. She was very helpful, attentive, funny and I would like to stay more days, but my trip didn't allow it. Great value for the price. Obviously if I come back there in the futute, I will sleep there again. THANKS SEIKO!
As always, you can hardly fault hospitality staff in Japan as you know staff are always trying their best.
Free bikes to use and we had great fun riding from the hotel to both Hayatama Taishi and Kamikura jinja shrine.
Super cozy house for a couple or family. The owner, Tetsuji, is very kind and takes care of every single detail. The house has a misterious story that the owner explains in a notebook.
Tony and his wife are wonderful hosts. They made me feel at home, just like a member of their family. Hanare is a simple, confortable, and very well located place to visit Kumano Kodo. Very close to the train station and emblematic temples.
