Very convenient location. Just next to JR Sakudaira station and next to car rental company. And near the giant outlets like GU, Cainz, etc… just drive n park infront of the store. Can also walk from hotel to these outlet stores. And near lots of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. hotel has spa and onsen which we used everyday. And nice restaurant in hotel.

This place was beautiful! Situated near Nakagomi train station in a mall area that is somewhat quiet, perhaps due to the after-effects of COVID, but still has lots of restaurants within close proximity. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and easy to communicate with despite my lack of Japanese. I had a triple room to myself and it was a lovely, spacious room for a decent price. The bathroom is outside of the room but there was a sink within. The shower is downstairs but it is private. Highly recommend.

Very well located, on Komoro’s historical center, near the train station and near the supermarket.
The room is very big and all the rooms are properly functioning.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Everything was good. Except that booking.com stuffed up
I had specified three adults and two kids.
Two rooms
Each room had a double bed
My kid had nowhere to sleep except on the floor
No mattress would fit that small space
Thankfully there reception was very helpful. Allocated a third room
I had to pay for it of course. Out of pocket and budget.
Booking.com should have alerted me... then I may have booked somewhere else that has bigger rooms that can fit yep adults and a kid.
