Absolutely my standout stay in Japan, a place I have both lived and travelled to more than a dozen times.
Besho Onsen Midoriya is a beautiful modern Ryokan with private hot spring baths set in the most tranquil of settings. I particularly loved the Kaiseki set course dinner and of course the provided breakfasts.

Very convenient location. Just next to JR Sakudaira station and next to car rental company. And near the giant outlets like GU, Cainz, etc… just drive n park infront of the store.
