The Host is super helpful and nice. The house is really clean and new. It is also really quiet. We were provided a choice of toiletries and also a welcome drink. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and safe stay. Also 5 min away there is a supermarket which is open 24/7.

The most exceptional service I've ever seen (and I've traveled 40 countries so I know what I am talking about)! The place is a bit out-dated but it has its own charm and the quality of service and attention is simply next level! Great view from the room, food quality is amazing and meals are very big and diverse! They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

It’s very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Room is very clean and has everything we need. Public onsen is very nice too. I love that they have 1F and 2F two types or view for onsen. Tried both and it’s wonderful. The location is good too. Just stop at Azagawa bus stop and we reached.

Great location near the train station. Nice view of the temple. The room is HUGE compared to other rooms we had in Japan which was very nice with the kids. There are also a lot of things for borrow such as games and a polaroid camera which was a big hit for the kids.
