It was a very nice stay overall. The beds were comfortable. The house had many rooms. It was very clean and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning during our 4 day stay. The garden is very beautiful.

The hotel has really good vibes, and super clean. The location was really nice, decent walking distance to tourist attraction, Fushimi Inari Shrine. Service was exceptional, having front desk person who can speak English well is a bonus point!

Nice cosy place to stay japanese style. Easy check in and check out. The location is quite central and many attractions can be reach within a few minutes by metro or by bus. The apartment is around 8 min walking distance from Kujo station, which is only 1 station away from Kyoto main station. Take note that the place is not at the reception building at the laundromat. You have to walk 4 minutes from there. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We left our luggage at the reception after checking out with no problem.

The owners are kind and helpful, they picked us up as my mother can only walk very slowly. They gave us tips on where to find cherry blosdoms and other things to do. Location is exceptional short walk to kyoto station, lots of resturants close by, public bath close by. The home is from the 1950's and it is charming. Loved it

10 minutes walk from Kyoto Central Station. The Room is pretty nice for the price and you're also a very close walk to the Kyoto Metro Karasuma line (Kujo Station) which is direct to a lot of great places. It has a small balcony which was a nice touch and a Lawson and 7-11 all like 2 blocks away. Not noisy at all, it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel but clearly not as we saw others in and out. Kyoto tower can be seen from the balcony but maybe only on one side of the building so it depends on your room.

The location of this holiday home is superb being just 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. It is in a pretty quiet location, although there are normal city noises - dog barking, ambulance from time to time. I didn't hear any noise from other neighbours or much traffic noise. There are lots of great restaurants on the way to Kyoto station and plenty of supermarkets, parks etc. nearby. The house itself is lovely, bright, spacious and airy. There were toys and a lovely book for my kids to enjoy. Kitchen had everything you would need and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

The stove was an unexpectedly nice amenity. The western bed was one of the best we stayed in. The closet was very spacious and useful. The laundry facilities downstairs was very nice!
