In room onsen was fantastic. Beautiful views of the lake. Friendly staff. Beautiful food for both dinner and breakfast. Public onsen was also excellent. One of us couldn't attend the public onsen due to extensive tattoos, but the option of a private onsen circumvented this issue.

everything was perfect,how they welcome you and explain the facilities,everyone was very kind and accomodating (my friend is vegetarian and they change the menu accordingly) the food was delicious,the room was clean,spacious and the futon super comfy. With an additional charge (but totally worth it) it's possible to use the near hotel's baths,that have open air baths at different floor (the 8th and 11th are amazing!) I would totally come back if I can. Thanks so much for an amazing experience!
