This place was AMAZING!!! I booked super last minute and requested their shuttle service. Her responses were very fast and the shuttle was arrived exactly on time. The breakfast was insanely good! I absolutely would recommend this place!

Free shuttle from airport was very easy to find and use. No places or shops around the hotel but had a restaurant and convenience store and vending machines in the hotel which were all good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and looked just like the picture. Comfy big beds. Nice view of some of the area from hotel room. Very convenient to stay here after a long flight and then the next day they offer free shuttles back to the airport where you can get to the train station.

Loved everything about this place. Reception staff were extremely nice, polite and helpful. Loved little shop within the hotel which offered everything you needed. Loved free shuttle bus to explore surrounding and temples near by. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The staff were excellent - very helpful & friendly. Location is great and the shuttle bus very well organised & timely. The hotel is slightly dated but I don't consider this an issue as the facilities were all good & the hotel & rooms are very spacious. There are 2 restaurants, a cafe and a convenience store in the hotel building.

Very good and friendly reception.All questions were well answered.Rooms were spacious enough and clean.Breakfast was delicious,we could mix our european and japanese food preferences.Gym was sufficient for a small workout.Shuttle service to airport was also perfect.
