Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Communicating in English was not an issue for them.
Unfortunately, we encountered Typhoon Shanshan during the period and hotel staff took the extra mile to remind us of luggage delay should we transport our luggage.

This is a great hotel for business or leisure. I was there on business but would certainly return for a holiday. Exceptionally helpful staff - the concierge team are amazing - who will do anything they can to assist you. The location next to the river is great. The swimming pool and gym are superb. I particularly appreciated that young children are not allowed in. The room was - by Japanese hotel standards - big and very well equipped. Their location next to the river is great. A short walk to the Metro for easy access around Osaka. Great value through Booking.com.

The new hotel had a great location—just minutes from Namba Station, which was convenient for the Rapi:t train to Kansai International Airport, and about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The staff were helpful, and the lounge on the 32nd floor was enjoyable with our Club access (made us feel like we were in Bangkok too). The complimentary late check-out was a nice bonus.
