Free bathhouse on level 2, clean, location was incredible right in front of the bus service in Sapporo outside the station. Rooms were insanely spacious and the suite we were in was a fully kitted out room with laundry and kitchen. I will not stay anywhere else in Sapporo

Location was excellent as it was a few minutes away from the JR station and next to all the attractions and restaurants. The house is large enough to accommodate a large family. It was very well equipped and the hose was extremely responsive and kind!

A lovely, cosy boutique hotel. Very friendly staff with exceptional, Japanese standard hospitality. We stayed for 3 nights and the two bedroom suite was huge. There was a beautiful vacuum tube amplifier in the living room with great speakers. The hotel had a lovely collection of CDs, books and free drinks in their lobby. Our room came with breakfast and each morning we had a chef make a whole selection of either Japanese or Western inspired dishes. The hotel is very near the Jujigai tram stop and you can walk to the ropeway. All in all, an exceptional experience.

The host let us use all three rooms because nobody else had booked for that night. Super comfortable, clean, well decorated. I wish we had stayed longer.
