Staff very friendly.
Very big room everytime you need is included and the view is unbeaten.

Location is perfect, on top of a big mall and walking to public transportation.

we chose this hotel because it was ideally located close to a relative who lives 200 meters away. The service in the hotel is superb, and the staff are a delight.

Good lounge for guests 👌 and beautiful atrium. Rooms with iron board never seen in Japanese hotels and beautiful views . Most convenient location and good for business and leisure travelers, I think.

Room was of bit small but I expected it to be like that. The staff was fantastic very helpful. Location was on the fringe of China Town lots of eateries. very good breakfast.
