This is a great hotel for business or leisure. I was there on business but would certainly return for a holiday. Exceptionally helpful staff - the concierge team are amazing - who will do anything they can to assist you. The location next to the river is great. The swimming pool and gym are superb. I particularly appreciated that young children are not allowed in. The room was - by Japanese hotel standards - big and very well equipped. Their location next to the river is great. A short walk to the Metro for easy access around Osaka. Great value through Booking.com.

The hotel felt brand new, turns out it was just over a year old at the time. Our room had an amazing view looking North over Osaka city thanks to the large windows. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower which was good for us. The location was a 5 minute walk from Namba station which is where the airport train runs from so was very convenient for that. The gym was well equipped and had a good view as well.
