A beautiful Ryokan nestled in the hills of the Arima Onsen area. Our room was clean, spacious and had an outdoor shower & bath area, which was extra special. The 2 public onsen areas were fabulous too. One is slightly better than the other so make sure you go to both. The meals were very traditional and we got to try all kinds of food we had never seen before - a truly one of a kind experience.
Boasting outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese meals, Miyukisou Hanamusubi is a 5-minute ride from Arima Onsen Train Station on the hotel’s free shuttle.

Was a nice spot to spend a few nights in this hot spring town - is just a few moments to walk up to Kin No Yu, and a few minutes down to Gin No Yu.
Check in was really straightforward, and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The bath and shower were very nice, and never had trouble getting access to the shared facilities.

Unfortunately this was a very small onsen town that most people wouldn't visit but because of that the staff were incredible as they weren't used to non japanese tourists. They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work.
The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset.
The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.
