We fortunately managed to end up with the best hotel room, but our comments apply whichever room you get. Firstly it's a super convenient location. Easy to get to. Easy to walk to the waterfront and to the diving companies (we'd booked scuba). Easy to drive to the shops. The hotel rooms are nice. The breakfast staff are really kind and helpful as are the front desk staff. A particular thank you to the Manager for assisting me during our stay spending several hours trying to sort something for me and going above and beyond in terms of customer service.

The view from Balcony was Amazing, i will share photos about this. Really, I love it.
The reception is professional and cooperative, I lost my mobile with taxi and with their relationships they bring it back to me.
Especially the Manager Ragheb Al-Dweik, he deals with the hotel guests in a sophisticated manner.

This accomodation is family business. I met father and his two sons, and they are very friendly. My room was very nice. The location is perfect - it is in the center of Aqaba, but very close to the public beach. They arrange trip to Wadi Rum for me - it was perfect and very affordable. The buffet included was excellent, and the chef was on hand, offering to make anything my young children wanted. They had plenty to choose from on the buffet, but it is always nice to have the option for picky eaters. Also, our room was enormous and had a small kitchenette. Perfect for families.
very good location, close to the Aqaba center and right on the beach...the hotel is very nice, nice lounge and restaurants, very well maintained garden with swimming pools, special private beach with very fine sand, smooth entrance to the water, perfect for families with children, and a beach bar with reasonable prices.. The staff in the restaurants and at the breakfast is very kind.. a very good option if you stay in Aqaba

We stayed for one night, the hotel's location in the center was excellent, a nice room, a baby crib was promptly provided upon request, a lovely view from the balcony. The outstanding breakfast was the cherry on top. And everything for very reasonable price. Thank you!
Super family-friendly environment and nice and helpful staff. It was perfect for our family outing: pool for the kids, scuba-diving for us, beach just across the stress. Restaurant's menu is simple but they serve all day long. I prefer 1000 times more a simple and friendly structure like this one, than the big overpriced resorts that flourished all along the shore.
Lovely hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and very child friendly with kids team keen to entertain the children. Lovely pool, including kiddies pool and a lovely private beach. Great location, close to airport and perfect for a trip to Petra and Wadi Rum. We would go back.
The advantage of the hotel is undoubtedly the huge swimming pool and the beach with sand and a small amount of stones. A large number of small swimming pools for small children, which makes it a good place for families with children. Quite a lot of free sunbeds on the beach.
The jacuzzi and the pool are amaizing.
We were a group of 10 people, the hotel staff took care of the needs of each of us. I recommend both families with children and those who want to have fun
