The staff were great, especially Ali. The room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with tea, coffee & cooking stuff. Definitely will be my choice next time.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very desirable, nearly everything was within a walking distance. The staff is what made our stay the most memorable, I have visited many hotels and the receptionist of La Riva Mr. Al-Zu’bi definitely tops the list as the most helpful and hospitable staff member. We didn’t really have a plan as to what to do and he explained all the activities we could do and helped us book them as well as book the transportation. Moreover he gave us a history lesson about the sites that he recommended we visit and the history of Aqaba. Would definitely book it again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the atmosphere when you go in. The smell, the music, it was lovely. Reception staff was super helpful. Bathroom had bidet faucet. Shower and amenities was good. No complaints.
