The staff was awesome! Starting with the very professional security guys Green and Maurice and also the extremely friendly women at the reception. They all helped me when I had questions and were all so cute haha will definitely come back when in Jamaica! Also the rooms were very clean and had a lot of space. The location was very convenient to the event we were attending in Tower Isle. The property manager was there to greet us, despite us arriving early. He provided a great orientation to the penthouse amenities & local attractions. I immediately felt comfortable. The gated entry for safety was really appreciated together with the conveniences & refreshments provided by the owner for our arrival. The penthouse was bright and airy and exactly as shown in the pictures. Breakfast each morning enjoyed on the ocean front deck was breathtaking. Thoroughly loved my 3 night stay & can’t wait to come again.
