Breakfast starts at 7.30, but it was too late for us, so without a problem we could come earlier. Breakfasts was the same all the week, but everything fresh, tasty and a good quality.

We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Scherer. The host was friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were well appointed and the dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Highly recommended!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Delicious food for adults as well as for children. Great variety. Very kids friendly hotel, staff, surroundings. Playing area is just next to the restaurant which makes every dinner much calmer for the parents ;)
Margit was an amazing host and went the extra mile to make our stay very pleasant. Absolutely amazing view of the valley and Dolomites from the balcony; and terrific place for family with children. I'd rate the property 11 out of 10 :)
We loved that the property was a farm. Enjoyed taking some time to observe how the cows are milked and buying fresh milk from them daily.
There was snow all around. The kiddo kindly showed us how he enjoyed playing the snow. My child had a go on the little sleigh and it was fun!
Overall, the place was beautifully situated, facing the white snowy mountains.
i liked that the room was clean and the staff was very nice .. for us with a little baby it was a pleasant stay.. the room for kids was useful too.. overall we liked it alot.
Nice family owned hotel, very spacious room and good view of the Dolomites mountains from your room. The owner is very friendly and he speaks, German, Italian and English. Good location, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. They also have a play room for kids.
clean, plenty of space, easy parking, lovely view, easy 2 min drive down to gondola lift (free parking there) so convenient for skiing etc. NB. if you have no small children / ski beginners you could ski in/ ski out subject to snow but it’s a red run down to the bottom gondola so we couldn’t do that with our toddler. not a problem though.
