Set in a very quiet location although on a main road in a rural area. Very easy to reach by car. We found the location very good considering that it is only 30/40 mins away from Lucca and Pisa and just the same distance away from Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. Breakfast was simply delicious. We asked the owners if they could prepare breakfast earlier than usual since we had to leave to Pisa early and the owners were very helpful to prepare a very delicious breakfast for us before the allocated time. Room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also amazing views of the country side and mountains in the distance. I will definitely recommend it,

The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious and Claudio was a gracious host. We didn't have a car and he arranged to pick us up from the airport, and he even took us to the local train station for one of our day trips and on our departure.

The sheets and pillows were clean. Gemma was an incredible host. A classical example of Italian hospitality.
The room was designed in an old-fashioned style, but the essential items were functioning properly.
The owner has dogs, which made my daughter a bit frightened at first. However, the dogs were well-behaved, and the owner held them back so my daughter could pass by without any issues.
The hotel’s actual location differs from what is shown on Booking.com. Fortunately, the friendly owner sent us the correct location via WhatsApp.
