A good variety of tee, coffee, cookies etc.; a huge balcony; the best location; nice breakfast at the cafe; a very nice owner Andrien. It was a bit difficult to check-in without Internet, and she has done everything to help us.

Clean, modern and big space for a group or family. Great location to the city centre and main beach. There is functional air conditioning, parking included and views of the sea from the many balconies.
The location is fantastic with a beautiful garden and views out to the water. There are only a few apartments so it feels that you can really enjoy the place yourself. Rita and her family were so helpful with our requests to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room and bed was comfortable and we loved having afternoon aperitifs either by the pool or on our balcony. Would happily stay again!

The location was really cool - in the old area, not far from the beach. The apartment was big and comfortable for 3 people. The host was super friendly - they helped to reach the apartment and always asked some questions. Also there were some equipment for cooking (for me it was important because my kid eats not all food from restaurants). And it wasn't too hot in the apartment.
Friendly and kind Monica, everyday perfect cleaning, taking care of our baby ( Monica brought children's toys), every morning we ate delicious muffins from Monica, every day they brought clean drinking water for us, perfect location of the house.
Such sweet and friendly hosts! The home itself is plenty large for a small family and even a dog. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the bed was comfortable. There is a washing machine available which is very useful if travelling with kids. Location was perfect if you have a car. Within 10-15 minutes, you're in central Gaeta, Itri or Formia. Would stay here again!
A really nice appartment, a 10 minutes walk to a fantastic beach to go swimming and nice / helpful people in the town. Wednesday there is a marked on the other side of the street which our family enjoyed - they have a lot of good, local specialities you can bring home to the well functional kitchen. We ended up booking the apartment for two ekstra nights and would love to return.
The location is great. 5 minutes to the beach. Perfect for families with kids given there is a great playground just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and the host has been extremely helpful. The terrace with the sea view is amazing - a wonderful place to have a morning coffee.
