Although we didn't use the swimming pool, it looked very nice along with the rest of the good outdoor area. The adjoining restaurant was very good with friendly staff and good food. It was close to Anagni and easy to reach other places by car. There was a party in one of the function rooms and we enjoyed listening to the music and watching the young people enjoying themselves without having to drink to excess!

The location is an old farm villa with some land around it, very well kept, very beautiful and calming. The owners are a very kind couple, extremely well mannered and their breakfast is perfect. The room was nice and fresh, the towels were clean and tidy. I was working on a table in the garden and the Lady brought me water and asked me whether I needed anything else.
