Leonardo.was a great host, and his apartment is so beautiful. While the location is a bit farther from Venice than we had anticipated (30-minute bus or tram ride), we didn,t mind. Fun to travel through the Venice suburbs and see the non- tourist parts of the area. Really enjoyed our stay at San Felice.

Spacious and absolutely spotless from top to bottom. This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hosts were friendly and very informative. The local bus is a three-minute walk from the house. Grocery store and restaurant same distance. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Everything was great, connection to trams, host and mostly the appartment itself. I felt like in flat of my grandfather who has an italian wife, even the not so important things at the first glance - like place for dishes in cupboard or floors - contribute to the domestic feel of the appartment. All was clean, in the flat is cleaning stuff, small food like coffee, tea, olive oil, some of which we used. Host had showed us some supermarkets, way to famous places etc. That we later used too.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful arranging for our room and a taxi to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and very clean- we enjoyed our stay very much it was perfect!
