Very tiny house. Nice the bed at the upper floor. Little kitchen , well equiped for light dinner and breakfast. Nice position near the camping and the little town. Quiet and comfortable.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved everything about this hotel, it is beautiful and functional, quiet and in a good location. Very nice staff and the breakfast was exceptional. A special point for the design, the art and quality of the interior.
Very large family room, very clean and comfortable. Not as hot as other rooms in Iceland had been. Tasy breakfast with large selection. View to the harbor from the window. As a surprise to us there was a church in the building and morning mass on Sunday - just an observation.
Very friendly staff. Beautiful house with lovely decor. However, nobody cleaned the room/made the beds during our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was excellent but not included in room price. In our room (nro 3) the bathroom tiles were loose and the water drainage wasn’t funtioning in the shower. Excellent location in the town center.
Very secluded family hotel not far from all the sites of the peninsula. Old-school, family-run place which was actually a lot of fun for us; it felt like we were stepping back in time. Friendly owners, hearty food, comfy vibe, wood-cabin style building. Decent-sized, quiet room w/ a good shade. Ample breakfast.
Well sign posted!
Pleasant friendly staff.
Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Good sunlight blackout!
Kids liked it! And they’re a hard bunch to please. We were a group of two families with 6 kids.
We had a "family" triple room - it accommodated our family brilliantly with extra space to put up our baby's travel cot too. The guesthouse is so central, the location really is ideal and directly next to multiple great restaurants and the harbour. The little breakfast area was perfect for us to sit in the evening too, when kids were asleep. Big thumbs up overall from us :)
