This is our second time staying here and we must say we really love this place. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. The wonderful people that own and take care of the hotel are really nice, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is one of the best ( possibly THE best ) we've had in Iceland, it has a lot of things that are home made and absolutely tasty. It's also a great spot for northern lights viewing. Bonus: their cat, Grima, is a sweatheart! In conclusion we highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to be back!

Excellent location. Close to a lot of points of interest in Myvatn, Godafoss, etc. Lovely town. Has all kitchen essentials. The town also has a restaurant that serves tasty food.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Nice clean little cabin for our family of four. Excellent location close to all northern Iceland has to offer but will need a car. Continental breakfast was nice and ate goulash at the on site restaurant one night.
very clean and spacey. Perfect location for a nice and quiet family trip :)
