The hotel is very neat and clean, it is amazing to spend your stay there enjoying your vacation with all the facilities available at the hotel and the amazing friendly staff over there. The hotel has two amazing pools; one in an open area with the beautiful view of the garden cafe and the other one is a closed heated pool with a very relaxing atmosphere. There are two amzing restaurants the 360 and the phoenicia restaurants with their delicious food, reasonable prices, and above all the extreme unbelievable service of the great amazing staff over there. The size of the room is very nice and the view of the panoramic suite is tremendous to see the whole Sulaimani. Again and again the best thing over there is the unbelievable amazing staff that is always there for you just to fulfill any of your wishes and just to please you with the great smile and the best service I have ever seen in a hotel. The duty manager Mr. Ameen is very gentle and an amazing person that is just available all time to let you enjoy your stay, I really want to thank him for the great management and the amazing stay the has been provided to me. Thanks to all the staff and always the best.
