This place is amazing. Its a little own oasis within beutiful small houses and a pool that is just stunning. The staff are soooo friendly and advice you in the right direction with the chioces for daytrips and backwater sightseeing. Honestly, the personalle seem to have very fun at thier jobs which also reflects in thier service. Also the bathroom in the hut without seaview is amazing. Loved it all!

Beautiful lake and lagoon views property, off the beaten path so was an amazing destination for tranquility and peace if you’re looking for that. It’s a self sustaining property, you’ll have everything you need here. There are boat rides and walks around the property the Kumarakom bird sanctuary is right next door.
The staff here is exceptional and they really took care of us. F&B manager Dinesh and his lovely team were always attentive and giving us recommendations and always serving and greeting you with a smile. We had a great Ayurvedic massage at their property.
We stayed in the private pool villas and our back yard was a beautiful pond with lilies and birds. The front veranda opened out to lake Vembanad, certainly a memorable stay.

What an exceptional place. We were so sad we only stayed here one night - Divya and their family were so welcoming, we felt like we really were guests in their home. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a great balcony. The food was out of this world - some of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Divya also helped us organize various activities and taxis and was super generous allowing us to check in early and stay drinking tea on the balcony after check out whilst waiting for a taxi. We also loved getting to hang out with her absolutely delightful children. It was incredible value for money and we will definitely be back in future.

We had a pleasant stay over there.. The host and his father was kind-hearted . They welcomed us and greeted us pleasantly. The rooms, bathrooms and living room were well maintained and the delicious food was served. Overall our family had a wonderful experience staying in Anandam Homestays at Vaikom. Surely I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.
Great host and support staff. Very quaint and picturesque location. The Swing at the property is a bonus and great attraction for kids. There is no time restrictions, we came late at 11pm and the host welcomed us with a smile.

It is indeed a cozy set up for a family of parents and two children with spouses with also additional arrangenents like matresses for spreading in sprawling living room for kids if any ....Ac is available in rooms! . All rooms and bath rooms are very tastefully done and the hospitable management endeavour to do their best to meet your demands.
Clean room and bathroom, that’s the good. What’s sad is the property is attached to a local bar, making it unattractive for families to stay here. Room intercoms were out of order. No facilities for in-house kitchen.

No tel. Connection. Bed sheet pillo covers dirty. Altogether not fit for family stay. Also charged Rs. 300 for additional bed.
The staff of the property was very friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially they took care of my elderly mother beyond their call of their duty. The rooms was clean and bright, its.was real home stay beautiful villa with greenery all around. We are thankful for the staffs warmth and hospitality and whole heartedly recommend this villa to friend and family.
The host is exceptionally warm, welcoming, and his attention to detail is fantastic! Anandam was absolutely brilliant in every way imaginable. My first trip to Kerala was truly made memorable thanks to Binu and his on-site staff who were available every minute. The food was awesomely made and each meal I had there was an experience in itself! The host's family live downstairs and they were great to sit and chat with on a couple of evenings over cups of tea and the delicious Kerala fritters!
